Out of Season

The Flete Estate is spectacular at any time of the year. The self catering cottages are all warm and cosy whatever the weather, with  log fires in all of them, and plenty of sensible places for boots and coats.

Have you ever stayed at Flete in winter?  Imagine lying in bed in  the Coastguards cottages, listening to the waves crashing against the cliffs below;  or go for a bracing walk along the coastal footpath, or up the estuary with your dogs running joyously ahead of you.  Watch the waves crashing down on Mothecombe beach until your’re chilly, then cook up sausages and beans over the fire in Mothecombe beach house.  Then home to tea and crumpets in front of a roaring fire in one of our snug cottages.
