Pamflete House is a large Grade II listed manor house that has been completely refurbished to provide a luxury location for all types of celebrations from formal wedding receptions to relaxed family gatherings. It is a genuinely unique property, set in the heart of the private Flete Estate and just five minutes from Pamflete Beach.
We are proud to offer couples ‘something different’ from the pre-planned weddings offered elsewhere. Pamflete House is the perfect location for private, bespoke wedding receptions and celebrations.
The House and private Grounds are available from the Tuesday before the ‘Big Day’ for the week giving family and friends time to gather and really enjoy such a special occasion. We can also offer weekend only bookings upon request.
It’s your wedding day and we want you to enjoy it the way you choose! We are on hand to assist with the organisation of your perfect special occasion and have a comprehensive list of caterers and suppliers that can help with your big day, but can be flexible with your choice of supplier.
We can offer smaller, more intimate weddings and family celebrations in the manor house itself, as it sleeps up to eighteen guests including a luxurious, en-suite bridal suite and a self-contained flat for six people. The formal dining room can accommodate twenty-two people and the main hall and front lawn offer a fabulous space for drinks receptions.
The entrance sweep of Pamflete House is ideally suited for a marquee wedding reception for up to 120 guests, with breath-taking views of the valley and the rolling Devon countryside. The House is very close to Pamflete Beach which is just the most idyllic setting for wedding photography with a difference.
We can welcome smaller bookings and family gathering within Pamflete House at any time of year and can accommodate marquee events from February to the end of June.
