This large Grade II listed manor house has been completely refurbished to provide luxury accommodation for house parties and more formal occasions such as family celebrations, business planning and team building.  It is also available for film and photographic shoots, writing/painting weeks and country retreats.  It is let partly staffed, but you may bring your own cook by arrangement.  There is a new club size tennis court, stabling and paddock for 4 horses, and landing space for a helicopter.  There is wireless broadband throughout and Sky TV with sports package.  The house is ten minutes walk from Pamflete Beach and five minutes drive from Mothecombe Beach.

No dogs or pets are permitted at Pamflete and there is a no smoking policy inside the house.

Pamflete Flat can be accessed by internal stairs when occupied with the house, but if rented separately, by its own private entrance.
